Will they stay or will they go?
1.
Anthony Pilkington: Future remains in huge doubt. When fit, his place in the first XI is an absolute no-brainer. But has been unavailable for far too much of his 18 months at Wigan. With his wages probably at the top end of the Latics pay scale, would represent a big call to re-sign, especially given he turns 32 in June. Photo: Bp

Danny Fox: Turns 34 in May and, having played only once since August, will surely be one of the easier decisions to shake hands and move on. His 18 months with Latics have been littered with injury and fitness issues, limiting him to only 16 games. Shame, because he did look good on his fleeting appearances. Photo: Bp

Gary Roberts: Despite celebrating his 36th birthday this month, looks to have at least another year in him, and would be a major shock if his services werent retained. As important a figure in the dressing room as on the field, Roberts is one of Paul Cooks trusted lieutenants and as he showed before the break can still play as well. Photo: Bp

Joe Garner: Latics joint-top goalscorer last term, along with Nick Powell, but has found outings harder to come by this term following the arrival of Kieffer Moore. Cost over 1million when joining from Ipswich in 2018 but, turning 32 next month, may be be keen to move on to secure more regular action. Photo: Bp
