Josh Lambert, from Winstanley, is behind the ‘A World Cup For Everything’ group on the social media site, based on the famous football competition.
Currently the 29-year-old is doing a British Comedies challenge, where 64 comedy programmes are battling it out to become the best.

The idea started before the pandemic but it’s proved to be a perfect fit during a time when people are largely at home.
Describing how the initiative came about, Josh said: “It all started a few years ago when I thought I’d mess about on Facebook with friends and have a laugh and some fun.
“So we set up a poll for favourite chocolates and the final ended up getting 50 votes.

“It’s really snowballed from there.”
And Josh said the latest page was set up in August and has attracted more than 2,500 likes, with some polls attracting more than 3,500 votes.
He said: “I put some balls in a hat and make the draws and dress up and make people laugh.
“I try to make a thing of it and anyone can join in and like the page and vote.”
