With a No Destruction Policy in place, the home strives to find every animal that they care for a forever home that is sutiable for them, however long that takes.
If you think you fit the criteria for these adorable pooches and kitties, or other cats and dogs at the rehoming centre, visit the Leigh Dogs and Cats Home website to find out how to adopt.
5. Angus
Approximately four to five year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Angus came to the home as a stray so his background is not known. He has been friendly with staff here but arrived with a few healing grazes to his face so may not be suitable with other animals. Photo: submit
6. Kat
12 week old female and part of an unplanned litter that her previous owner was not able to find a home for. Has now had her vaccinations started, flea and worming treatment given and been microchipped. Photo: submit
7. Teddy
11 year old Male Husky. Teddy was abandoned by his owner and has at the home for a few weeks. He had obviously been neglected and was in a rough state when he arrived but is now much better and seems in good health for an older chap. He is small for a husky and has been good natured with staff, he just needs a nice quiet-ish home where he can spend his retirement. Photo: submit
