SOPHIE, 25, from Wigan says: I started my new office job in January, which means I spend a lot of my day sitting at a desk.

I’ve really noticed how my body has changed this past few months- the top of my thighs and bottom area are a lot bigger!

Are there any exercises to help tone these areas?
