A young Wigan man who admitted to being drunk and disorderly has been given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs and a victim services surcharge totalling £111.

Adam Young-Cottle, 20, of Thirlmere Avenue, Ince, pleaded guilty to the public order offence committed on July 15 in Manchester Road.
