Wigan man on bail over double assault

Tony Gingell, 39, of Upper Dicconson Street, Swinley, stood before Wigan justices to deny assaulting Kristian Hilton and Nathan Cooper on December 21.

He was bailed on condition that he does not approach the complainants nor enter St George’s community services centre. He returns to court on September 22.
