A drug addict who stole a woman’s £900 phone has been given a community order involving rehab.

Paul Hilton, 39, of no fixed address, admitted taking Nicole Culley’s Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus on August 26. He must pay his victim £400 in compensation and a £100 fine.
