As proud sponsors of 'sketch a shield for your hero', the Spinning Gate Shopping Centre, Leigh is organising a day of medieval madness for all the family on Tuesday 27th May.
Shoppers will be greeted by Sir Lupin of Pipwithers, a knight on shining 'stilts', who will ably assist in the handing out of entry forms for 'sketch a shield for your hero'.

And the medieval mayhem doesn't stop there. The Spinning Gate's very own art team will be on hand to offer advice and help on creating a shield fit for a gallant knight. Plus, children will be able to make crowns, bookmarks, dragon puppets and flags for their pencils.

The Spinning Gate Shopping Centre is open Monday - Friday from 9.00am – 5.30pm and 10.00am – 4.00pm on Sundays. Free parking on Sundays.
