FANS of the UK's finest supercharged muscle cars are being invited to a national showcase being organised by three local motor enthusiasts.
Friends Andi Tipping, Steven Tomlinson and Kevin Lui from Liquid Cars, are hosting a modified car show this month to allow boy racers to both show off their cars and admire the others on display.

According to its organisers, the event will be the first of its kind in the North West as the nearest similar showcases take place in Doncaster and Birmingham.
Andi, from Kent Road in Atherton, said: "Fans of modified cars always have to travel south to visit shows.
"We wanted to change that and so last December we started making plans on putting on our own event giving car fans of all ages a show they could enjoy."

It is estimated that between 400-500 modified motors will be on display at the event, being held at Manchester's Bowlers Exhibition Centre on Sunday March 30.
Andi has already received 150 stand bookings from the biggest modified car clubs and traders in the country.
Sound Off, Show and Shine
competitions will also be taking place.

Andi said: "We are hoping that around 2000 people will be turning up to the event which looks set to be great.
"Some of the car companies that will be present at the show have spent up to £20,000 on modifying their cars, so they should look spectacular.
"As well as the cars we'll have other entertainment on offer including
activities for children and a bouncy
castle."
Doors will open at Manchester's Bowlers Exhibition Centre, on Longbridge Road, will open at 12pm and admission is £1.
