ANGRY fans and even Leigh MP Andy Burnham have joined the fight to support Laura White after her shock exit from the X-Factor on Saturday.
And an online peitition which has already attracted more than 11,000 names has been set up.
The heartbroken 21-year-old from Atherton was voted off the talent show in what was described as one of the most shocking results of the contest.

The former Fred Longworth pupil was said to be one of the favourites to win, but after her stunning performance of Mariah Carey's Endless Love, she found herself in the bottom two with Ruth Lorezo.
To sing for her survival, Laura sang Over the Rainbow, in dedication of her grandad, who died shortly before the series started. But it wasn't enough and all the judges, apart from mentor Cheryl Cole, voted Laura off the show.
Those who have signed the petition demanding Laura be reinstated, are claiming they couldn't get through on the phone to vote for her.
But an X-Factor official insisted there was "absolutely no issues with phone lines".

She added: "Laura White and Ruth Lorenzo received the least votes."
Laura's dad, Adrian White, 50, said: "It's wonderful that someone has gone to the effort of starting this petition and that so many people have signed it. People clearly feel that an injustice has been done."
Mr Burnham's remarks came during Commons question time after Tory Robert Goodwill told ministers that the BBC should be providing more programmes that families could watch together.
Mr Burnham said it was ''always tempting'' for MPs to amplify their views to the nation on what kind of programmes they want to see.

He added: ''Mainly we should resist that temptation to comment on editorial matters.
''Although the temptation is great in my case having seen the wonderful and talented Laura White very harshly voted off X Factor on Saturday.''
Speaking of Mr Burnham's support, Adrian added: "It's absolutely brilliant."

But Adrian revealed the news surrounding Laura's relationship with Mathew Firsht, could have been a major factor in people not voting for her. He organises the audiences for the show and had no influence over her position.
He said: "The newspaper reports were one of the biggest factors. They persisted putting the story about the boyfriend having something to do with the programme. If people think she is going to get through, they won't vote.
"And the fact she was so strong and one of the favourites, people think she's not going to need their votes.
"We were just totally shocked. The whole audience was shocked."
After reports of an off-air disagreement between Louis Walsh and Cheryl Cole, Laura said: "Cheryl has been so supportive. She was angry and upset and feels it was more tactical. It's happened now and I have got to move on."
When asked whether he believed Simon and Louis voted her off as tactical voting, Adrian said: "Simon said she was incredible from day one and Louis said she was world class and they both turned against her."

But Adrian insists this is only the beginning for Laura.
He added: "We want to thank all the people in the area who voted for her and we are just hoping the exposure will lead to contracts and work.
"It's certainly not the end of Laura White."
And it appears the talented songstress already has a number one hit under her belt.
She had been writing songs since the age of 15 and has uploaded several of her tunes to www.amazingtunes.com.
She uploaded two tracks a year ago - For the Love Of It All and Sunshine - which have both hit the number one and number two spots, earning herself 70 percent of all sales.

And she has been approached by record company bosses as the row over her shock exit reaches Westminster.
She has a string of TV and radio appearances booked for the next couple of days and has been staying in a top London hotel.
Adrian added: "The label got in touch trying to find out Laura's number. We were waiting to see what they've got to say, and keeping our fingers crossed."
