Leigh Centurions' away match against Toulouse could hit fans in the pocket.
Next season's fixture list reveals the two will meet at the Stade des Minimes on Good Friday, April 2, meaning fans will have to pay 'school holiday' prices to travel.

And the date will hit both clubs – last season Leigh took more fans than any other club on the 1,800 mile round trip but it's unlikely the same will happen this season. And fans and players alike will also have to make a quick return following the match as they play Batley Bulldogs at Leigh Sports Village on Easter Monday (April 5).

Now the club wants to reverse the fixture and play their away game with Toulouse later in the year.

Leigh Centurions operations manager, David Bradshaw said: "Chief executive Alan Rowley has raised his concerns with the RFL and he has talked about reversing the fixture.

"But it looks like the RFL's decision has been made and we will have to travel to France on Good Friday."
